You will find all the items, spare parts, instruments, and accessories sold by AIR CREATION, categorized by family or article code with prices in €uro excluding taxes (Ex-Works – Aubenas 07200 France).

You can select the items and fill your "cart" then submit your request directly to our Customer Service (please specify the billing and shipping addresses). We will promptly send you a quote (pro forma invoice) with details regarding the dimensions of the package(s) and the transportation cost based on your requests and instructions.

You should carefully review our offer and send us your acceptance (with any necessary corrections) along with the corresponding payment. Payment can be made by check, bank transfer (we will provide our bank details), or credit card (you will need to provide the corresponding information).

*The transportation method is specific to each order and will require prior evaluation based on the packaging, address, and mode of delivery.

Small packages may be sent by postal service such as COLISSIMO La Poste, or through other companies like FEDEX, UPS, DHL. Larger packages destined for France and nearby countries (Europe) will be entrusted to a Carrier for road transportation to the Carrier's depot or for home delivery. For more distant destinations, transportation will be offered by Airfreight to the nearest international airport of the destination.
